Accessibility statement

626 Hospitality Group is committed to making our website usable for as many people as possible. Our goal is alignment with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and, where practical, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, to support ADA-related risk reduction. This statement describes our approach; it is not a guarantee of legal compliance.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML landmarks (header, main, footer, navigation)
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and decorative handling where appropriate
• Visible keyboard focus indicators on interactive controls
• Form labels and error guidance in our FAQ and catering assistants
• Keyboard-operable dialogs (including Escape to close and focus return)
• Color contrast reviewed against WCAG contrast requirements
• Support for prefers-reduced-motion where animations are used
• No third-party accessibility overlay widgets—we fix the underlying code

Known limitations

• Embedded Google Maps may not be fully accessible; we provide a text link to open the location in Google Maps.
• Automated FAQ and catering assistants provide guidance only; final booking, pricing, and allergen confirmations require direct contact with our team.
• Some third-party sites (Instagram, Yelp) are outside our control and may have their own accessibility characteristics.

Conformance status

We continually review this site against WCAG 2.1 AA success criteria. Where gaps are found, we prioritize fixes in the site code rather than overlays. Full conformance is an ongoing target, not a one-time certification.
